Instructions
- Write or type in capitals the information asked in the application form in the space provided. Additional sheets if desired may be attached. Use a blue or black ball pen/ink pen. Do not use pencil/marker.
- Fill out all information requested on the application form.
- All applications should be signed in original by the applicant.

Grade Of Individual Membership (Article 2 of By Laws)
| FOUNDER MEMBER |
Persons who founded the Society by attending the founding meeting & paying fee for Life Membership. |
| HONORARY MEMBER |
Persons of eminence and distinction elected by the Executive Council and exempted from payment of any fees or subscription & shall be entitled to all the privileges of an Ordinary Member, except that they shall not attend the General Body Meeting and not hold any office. |
| ORDINARY MEMBER |
A member who has paid the annual subscription. |
| LIFE MEMBER |
An ordinary member who has paid Life Membership Fee. |
| JUNIOR MEMBER |
Below 18 years of age. |
| * Founder Members, Life Members and Ordinary Members (collectively called individual "Members" of the Society) shall have the same rights and privileges as members as defined in the Bylaws. |
| * Junior Members shall not have any voting rights in the elections to be held by the Society, otherwise generally enjoy the privileges of Members as defined in the Bylaws. |
Registration & Membership Fees (effective 7th May 2000)

1. In lieu of annual subscription, Members may pay Rs. 2,500/- one time as subscription for Life Membership.
2.The CSSP financial year is 1st July to 30th June. Renewals are required every 1st July.
3. Mode of payment: Crossed cheque or Pay Order in favour of 'Cactus & Succulent Society of Pakistan.' |
